Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

Privacy and legal policies

Your use of VIRTUX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete data. By creating an account or using VIRTUX, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use VIRTUX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer our services. Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create or import, including workouts, photos, posts, comments, messages, templates, plans, and profile information. By using VIRTUX, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and reproduce your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate others' rights.

Content policy

It is strictly prohibited to upload illegal content, content inappropriate for minors, or any material that violates the law or the rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or defamatory content. VIRTUX reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice. Depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation, measures may include: restriction of image upload capability, restriction of chat functionality with other users, or permanent deletion of your account.

Community rules and enforcement

To keep VIRTUX a safe space, every user must follow our community rules at all times. The following is not allowed on VIRTUX: sharing pornographic or sexually explicit content, including public nudity; sharing graphic or real-world violence outside of a journalistic, educational, or sports context; hate speech or content that targets people based on protected characteristics; harassment, threats, or intimidation; spam, scams, impersonation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior; and any content that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction.

Enforcement is progressive and applies to both public posts and private interactions: (1) First violation: the offending content is removed and the user receives a warning. (2) Repeated violations: temporary restrictions on posting, uploading images, or interacting with other users. (3) Serious or repeated violations: permanent suspension or deletion of the account. VIRTUX may, at its sole discretion, skip steps for severe violations such as child sexual abuse material, credible threats, or illegal activity.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any user, post, comment, message, or profile directly from the app using the in-app report feature. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. You can also block any other user at any time; blocked users cannot see your profile, posts, or activity, and cannot contact you. Messaging and interactions

Direct messages and chat interactions on VIRTUX are limited by design. By default, you can only exchange messages with users you actively follow. Strangers cannot initiate a chat with you. This restriction exists to reduce unwanted contact, spam, and harassment. VIRTUX also applies automated moderation to chats to detect abusive or illegal content, and human moderators may review conversations when a report is filed or when the automated systems flag a message.

Intellectual property

VIRTUX, including its content, features, and functionality (such as text, graphics, trademarks, and code), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Service availability

We strive to keep VIRTUX available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIRTUX and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the app. VIRTUX is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Health disclaimer

VIRTUX provides fitness tracking, training logs, statistics, achievements, and general wellness information only. VIRTUX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or professional coaching. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern. Exercise involves risk; use the app and any information it provides at your own risk.

Accounts, deletion, and access

You may delete your account from within the app. We may retain limited information after deletion where required for legal, security, abuse prevention, backup integrity, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or restrict access to VIRTUX if we reasonably believe your account, content, or conduct violates these terms, creates risk, or harms other users or the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VIRTUX at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of your residence unless otherwise required.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide appropriate notice through the app or via email. Continued use of VIRTUX after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
